Note: Classes are all levels. You do not need to take a "beginner session" to attend any class. Vinyasa classes are great for healthy individuals who want total body conditioning. Flow classes are great for those wanting a more gentle stretch and tone class.
All classes are 75 minutes unless otherwise noted.

- 5:30 - Quick Fix with Core Conditioning (45 minutes, $8 drop-in)
- 6:30 pm - All Levels vinyasa

- 10:15am - FLOW Yoga (w/ Kathleen)
- 3:00 - All Levels Vinyasa - 90 minutes allows for extended shavanasa

Yoga Class Summary
- Yoga Classes are 75 minutes long unless otherwise noted.
- Drop-in rate is $13
- Quick Fix with Core Conditioning is 45 minutes long. Drop-in rate is $8
- 10-Class pass with 3 Month Expiration: $115
- 5-Class pass with 2 Month Expiration: $60
- Pick-Your-Package: pick any number of classes you like, at the current drop-in rate, and take up to 4 months to use the classes.
Freezing / Extending or Holding Packages: Yoga U offers a very generous 3 month expiration period on 10-Class passes. Expiration dates may only be put on hold due to sickness or if injury prevents you from coming to class. It is the student's responsibility to notify us at the time of illness or injury. A note from a doctor will be required. Pregnancy is not an illness. Unused classes are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be extended to accommodate business or vacation travel dates.
