Schedule Change Notice:  Starting Tuesday, September 7 the Tuesday & Thursday weekDAY morning vinyasa classes will begin at 8:45am.  Monday, Wednesday and Friday will remain at 9:15am.  All classes are 75 minutes. 

Note:  Classes are all levels.  You do not need to take a "beginner session" to attend any class.  Vinyasa classes are great for healthy individuals who want total body conditioning.  Flow classes are great for those wanting a more gentle stretch and tone class. 

All classes are 75 minutes unless otherwise noted.

MONDAY:
 

  • 9:15 am -  Vinyasa (w/Colleen)
  • 6:00 pm  - All Levels Vinyasa   

TUESDAY:

  • 8:45 am -   Vinyasa (w/ Kelly)  
  • 5:30 - Quick Fix Yoga Abs  (45 minutes, $8 drop-in) 
  • 6:30 pm  - All Levels vinyasa   
  • 8:15 - 9:15 pm   Meditation with Kundalini movement
    (w/Keren)

WEDNESDAY:

  • 9:15 am -  Vinyasa  (w/Weese)
  • 6:00 pm   - Vinyasa   
  • 7:30 pm  - Flow Yoga 
THURSDAY:   
  • 8:45 am -  Vinyasa   (w/Erin)
  • 6:00 pm - Vinyasa (w/Weese)
FRIDAY:   
  • 9:15 am - All Levels vinyasa   (w/Gail)

SATURDAY:

  • 8:30    - Vinyasa  
  • 10:15am - FLOW Yoga (w/ Kathleen)
  • 3:00  - Vinyasa  

SUNDAY:

  • 9:00 am - Vinyasa  (with Weese)

Yoga Class Summary

  • Yoga Classes are 75 minutes long unless otherwise noted. 
  •  Drop-in rate is $13 for yoga & evening meditation classes
  • Yoga Abs is 45 minutes long.  Drop-in rate is $8
  • Friday Morning Meditation is 45 minutes long with a drop-in rate of $10.
  • Discounted packages available. Certain conditions apply.
