Yoga for Every Body

Note:  Classes are all levels.  You do not need to take a "beginner session" to attend any class.  Vinyasa classes are great for healthy individuals who want total body conditioning.  Flow classes are great for those wanting a more gentle stretch and tone class. 

MONDAY:
 

  • 9:30 am -  All Levels Vinyasa (w/Gail) *  
  • 6:00 pm  - All Levels Vinyasa   

TUESDAY:

  • 9:30am  RETURNING in September.  Vinyasa with Kate
  • 5:30 Quick Fix Yoga-Abs  (45 minutes, $8 drop-in) Great for the pilates fans
  • 6:30 pm  - All Levels vinyasa   
  • 8:30 - 9:30pm   Meditation  (w/Keren) Beginners welcome

WEDNESDAY:

  • 9:30 am -  All Levels Vinyasa (w/Weese) 
  • 6:00 pm   - All Levels vinyasa   
  • 7:30 pm  - Total Beginner Easy Flow Yoga Class
THURSDAY:   
  • 9:30 am - RETURNING in September - Vinyasa   (w/Erin)
  • 6:00 pm - All levels vinyasa (w/Weese)
FRIDAY:   
  • 9:30 am - All Levels vinyasa   (w/Gail)
  • 5:30 - RETURNING in September   Pilates Fusion (w/Kelly)

SATURDAY:

  • 8:30    - All Levels Vinyasa  
  • 10:15am - FLOW Yoga (w/ Kathleen) (not heated)
  • 3:00  - All Levels Vinyasa  

SUNDAY:

  • 9:00 am - All Levels vinyasa  (with Weese)

Yoga Class Summary

  • Yoga Classes are 75 minutes long.  Drop-in rate is $12
  • Pilates is 1 hour long.  Drop-in rate is $10
  • Yoga Abs is 45 minutes long.  Drop-in rate is $8
  • Discounted packages available.
