Yoga U offers both (hot, workout) vinyasa class and (not heated) soothing flow yoga classes. Vinyasa is great for individuals who are looking for a detoxifying, amazing full-body workout. Flow yoga is great for those wanting a more gentle, soothing class. BOTH classes are fantastic for stress reduction. The class pictures below are from our vinyasa classes.
