New To Yoga ?

Come see why thousands of people have incorporated yoga into their physical routine.  Get into shape and reduce stress with yoga.  It works.  Yoga is not a fad - it has been around for thousands of years.  Nothing would last that long if it did not work .

Yoga U offers "all-levels" drop in classes.  These classes are perfect
for total beginners....depending on your current physical condition,  what you enjoy and what you are looking for.  Vinyasa Yoga (heated power yoga) is a FANTASTIC class for total conditioning.  This class is fine for any beginner who is physically active, healthy and really wants a good workout.   The Flow Yoga (NOT heated yoga) is great for those beginners who want to strengthen, tone and stretch in a slower, more gentle way.  If you are unsure of what to try please give us a call at 302-368-4440.  We are here to help you start on your yoga journey.
