Yoga U offers "all-levels" drop in classes. These classes are perfect for total beginners....depending on your current physical condition, what you enjoy and what you are looking for. Vinyasa Yoga (heated power yoga) is a FANTASTIC class for total conditioning. This class is fine for any beginner who is physically active, healthy and really wants a good workout. The Flow Yoga (NOT heated yoga) is great for those beginners who want to strengthen, tone and stretch in a slower, more gentle way.
