New To Yoga ?
Come see why thousands of people have incorporated yoga into their physical routine. Get into shape and reduce stress with yoga. It works. Yoga is not a fad - it has been around for thousands of years. Nothing would last that long if it did not work .
Yoga U offers "all-levels" drop in flow and vinyasa yoga classes. These classes are perfect for total beginners ....it is only dependent on what you enjoy and what you are looking for.
GUIDELINES:
BE EARLY to class. If you are new to the studio and/or new to yoga - arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins. It is disruptive to walk in as the class is starting...or after the class has started. Allow yourself a few minutes before to get settled into the studio and onto your mat.
Do not wear perfume or cologne to class.
Bring water and a towel. If you have a yoga mat bring it - however mats are available to rent for $2 per session. This fee covers cleaning costs.
Yoga is about learning to listen to your body and increasing self-awareness - relax...breathe....and learn to "feel" how great these postures are.
