Will you be new to our studio ?  The first time to our studio please be sure to arrive as least 10 minutes early to fill out paper work and get settled in to your new surroundings.  Be sure to call in advance (weese cell phone: 302.893.4585) if you are unsure of directions/location.  Please do not arrive at the exact start time, or late, to your first class. 


New To Yoga ?  Come see why thousands of people have incorporated yoga into their physical routine.  Get into shape and reduce stress with yoga.  It works.  Yoga is not a fad - it has been around for thousands of  years.  Nothing would last that long if it did not work.

Yoga U offers "all-levels"  vinyasa and flow yoga classes, workshops and special events.  You do NOT need to take an "Introduction to Vinyasa" or "Beginner" session to attend classes. Total beginners begin into our classes every day.  Simply decide if your preference is an active workout (hot vinyasa yoga) or the more soothing, slower (not heated) flow yoga.

Individuals who are active, healthy and interested in improving total physical conditioning and are looking for a new element to bring into their current physical routine are encouraged to begin with VINYASA yoga.  Simply pick a class time that fits into your schedule and show up 15 minutes early.  Vinyasa yoga is done in a heated room.

If you prefer to start in a more soothing, relaxing class - with the desire for gentle toning and stretching then you would enjoy our "flow" yoga classes.

Things to know before attending your first class:

No reservation or registration is required for regularly-schedule classes.

First time students MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR to class start time.  DO NOT arrive late or as the class is starting.

You will need to fill out a "New Customer" form

Bring water, towel and if you have a yoga mat bring your mat.  Mats are available to rent for $2

Bring an open mind and a positive Attitude !

Attire:  for the heated classes wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind sweating in. 

Remember everyone had their very first yoga class...even people who have been coming for years.  They make it look easy because they gave it a chance and consistently attended classes.  A commitment of 1 class/week is advised for beginners.
